Luigi Ristorante - Via Laietana

Lovely restaurant with good food served quickly. We didn't have a reservation but managed to get a table for 3 even though it was very busy. We were brought complimentary limoncello & cake with the bill. Nice touch.

Great start to our first day in Barcelona! We stopped by Luigi Restaurant and were honestly surprised by how amazing the food was. We tried the pizza, beef carpaccio, salmon carpaccio, and desserts — everything was excellent. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, and beautiful presentation. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Barcelona! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Insalata burrata - I knew from first taste that I stumbled into something amazing. The cherry tomatoes were so fresh you could still taste the warmth of the sun. The burrata so creamy and an amazing pesto. Everything was so well composed. Spaghetti Carbonara - a delicious dish with guanciale and parm, filling after a long day of walking. Margarita pizza - It drove me to write this review. Previous to tonight I felt that I've eaten the best pizza in the world. But that pizza didn't get me emotional. This one had me on the verge of tears. The crust, pierced perfectly with burn, billowing soft in the middle. The sauce had so much flavour, and a healthy amount of quality mozzarella. Perfection. Thank you for the dining experience!

LUIGI Restaurant in Barcelona is a delightful gem that truly captures the essence of Italian dining. Open until late, it’s perfect for those late-night cravings. The menu features an impressive selection of pizzas and spaghetti, each dish bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Italy.

The food was absolutely amazing. Even though the restaurant was already quite full, we received our dishes within just 10 minutes, which was really impressive. We both ordered pizzas, and I highly recommend trying them — they were truly outstanding, authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. The staff were very friendly and polite, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself is simply beautiful — no words needed. The ambiance and music were incredible and created such a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. It feels like a hidden gem that not many people talk about, and we actually discovered it by chance.

We had a wonderful experience at Luigi Ristorante! We were a group of six and everyone truly enjoyed the food and the warm, lively atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Just a small friendly suggestion: the Pasta Puttanesca was delicious and full of flavor, but it had a bit too much sauce for our taste. Maybe slightly less sauce would make it even more perfect. Overall, a great Italian restaurant in Barcelona that we would gladly visit again!
